The Charleston Youth Leadership Council (CYLC) has stellar, dedicated leaders, parents, and volunteers. Many of the leaders are Beaux Affair Alumni who’ve returned to the program to give back to what provided them with so much as they transitioned from malehood to manhood.
Each year, the principal operation of CYLC is the Beaux Affair Rites of Passage program. A volunteer Board of Directors governs this organization. The Council of Elders is the program’s staff and runs the day-to-day operations.
The Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) also supports the program each year.
