The Annual Rites of Passage Ceremony will be held at First Baptist Church of James Island, 1110 Camp Road, Charleston, SC 29412, on Sunday, February 23rd, at 4:00 pm.
This solemn ceremony marks the Beaux Affair candidates’ official transition from malehood to manhood. It is a beautiful presentation of our Black American heritage, both inspirational and uplifting. Our keynote speaker is Sarena James, a prolific author, speaker, and mother of Beau Grant James.
