The Charleston Youth Leadership Council (CYLC) is blessed with stellar, dedicated leaders, parents and volunteers. Some of the leaders are Beaux Affair Alumni who’ve returned to the program to give back to what provided them with so much as they transitioned from male-hood to manhood.
Each year, the main operation of CYLC is the Beaux Affair ‘rites of passage’ program. This organization is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and the program is led by an Executive Committee and a Council of Elders.
The program is also supported each year by the Parent Advisory Committee (PAC).
